Economic and social the objectives, internal as as much external, are inseparablely united, reason why the company must look for to integrate them to its task harmonically. Thus it assured his existence, it increased his productivity and it will allow the human development of his members.
The “social responsibility “is to obtain both intentions and to conjugate them of independent way. In agreement with the form in which it is interpreted this relation pronounced a different position as far as the social responsibility from the business.
The ethics also determines the form in that a company handles its financial activities, its relations with the suppliers and channels of distribution.
If the only function of the company were to satisfy demand and to make money to promote them and to increase them, all the businesses, the illicit ones, even serian court favorites, simply because they are profitable.
The enterprise ethics is an exigency of the person, anyone is its work. If genuinely a preoccupation by the employees stays providing to them “dignity and respect”, the worker happy and will be motivated to produce quality. In many immersed companies in the competitiveness and lack of time for everything, the workers are the “human resource”. This can be interpreted at least like subjects that are not people but resources (with all the ethical implications that this means).

the yield. The ethical considerations suppose the element of rationality
in the enterprise analyses. The ethics turns out to be an inexorable
dimension of the human and enterprise activity in which there is to

In the ethical language, the difficulty to know when a human action is good or bad, is similar to the one to ask itself if a business will be good or bad: we do not have security, but we have an idea sufficient to know if a decision is reasonable. The companies had to be conformed by intentions responsible directed to the attainment for ethical values towards the community and the employees. The enterprise activity of an organization affects to many and diverse constituent groups. A responsible attitude towards this community is demanded of her, since its behavior repels to him directly or indirectly. To be responsible means to direct to the company measuring the impact of its performance in these groups, respecting its rights and I interest legitimate. It is required to avoid the deceit and the disinformation.
The honesty requires of the rectitud and sincerity with the information demanded by the community. The signals that a company gives affect many people, who trusting the information, make decisions that as well affect others. The community will trust these signals in the measurement that are honest.
In addition, the confidence needs the recognition of implicit commitments
in the promises. The loyal competition and the attainment by the real
quality are part of the confidence. Its breaking directly harms the
people. Special attention in trying is due to put to act exactly as
much in the granting of opportunities to the interior of the company,
like in front of all those groups that have direct or indirect relation
with the task of the organization.
